personal The City by the Bay by Brown and Kleven
Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 04:43PM While my husband was in dental school in San Francisco I worked up the street from his building in Pacific Heights in the home office of a best selling author. Her assistant became my very dear friend and while I was employed there she had her first little girl. Baby Danielle became my little assistant because I helped care for her the first year of her life. She's now almost 12-years-old and still feels like my first born. I am truly bonded with this beautiful child, her mother who is the most generous, classiest, coolest and phenomenal woman I know and her sweet little sister who happens to share a birthday with my second son. We enjoy visiting San Francisco - the weather, the beauty, the shopping, the sourdough... I miss my friend and her family. :) Love y'all.

Of course... a snapshot of me with Christina and my four with her girls. Thanks for the day by the Bay.

Monday, November 23, 2009 at 12:58AM It's great to be 8. This kid could not have been more excited if he were 16 and it was a new car in the driveway instead of a new bike.
